Within a delivery time of 3 days we can cast pieces of a maximum size of 2.0 x 0.8 x 0.5 m or up to a weight of 250.0 kg. Casting of larger dimensions will take 3 to 4 weeks. The normal materials we use are AlSi10Mg, AlSi8Cu3 and AlCn10Si8Mg, all of which we always hold in store. Other appropriate materials may be used as well, though the delivery times are longer. Our daily capacity is three castings per day depending, of course, on the complexity of the task.
