We mainly produce cast aluminum in various alloys, both as hand-mold casting as well as machine mold casting. A fully mechanized Heinrich Wagner Sinto (HWS) molding line having box sizes of 800 x 650 x 250 mm is available. As regards hand molding, unit weights of up to 400 kg are workable.

We process green sands, synthetic sands (furan-bonded), oil sands and CO2 hardened core sands. Furnaces with oil, gas and electric heating make it possible to provide a molten mass that is appropriate for the material involved. We do all kind of surface treatments like sand, steel or glass bead blasting. Quality tests like microsection, bend test, compression test, pulling test, hardness tests (Rockwell C, Brinell, Vickers) can be provided on request.
